Whistleblowing Policy

House of Aetheris Ltd is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. This policy provides a safe and confidential channel for raising concerns about misconduct, fraud, or governance failures within the Company or its sub-brands.
1. Purpose
This policy enables employees, contractors, partners, and any other parties with a legitimate concern to report suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation. Concerns may relate to fraud, financial irregularity, breach of Nigerian law, health and safety violations, or any action that conflicts with our E.A.C.H. Framework commitments.
2. How to Report
Reports may be submitted by email to houseofaetheris@gmail.com with the subject line "Whistleblowing Disclosure". You may report anonymously.
All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality. The identity of a named reporter will not be disclosed without their consent, except where required by law.
3. What Happens After You Report
All disclosures will be acknowledged within 5 business days. An investigation will be initiated proportionate to the nature of the concern.
If the concern relates to the conduct of the Founder & CEO, the report will be escalated to the Company's legal advisers.
4. Protection from Retaliation
Any person who makes a disclosure in good faith is protected from retaliation. Retaliatory action against a whistleblower is a serious disciplinary matter and may result in termination of contract or engagement.
5. Misuse of This Policy
This policy must not be used to raise personal grievances or make false allegations. Misuse will be treated as a disciplinary matter.
