House of Aetheris Ltd takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously. This policy sets out our rights and the boundaries within which third parties may reference our brands.
1. Trademarks
The following names are registered or pending trademark registration under House of Aetheris Limited across multiple Nice Classification classes in Nigeria: AETHERIS, HOUSE OF AETHERIS, MISS AETHERIS, MISS AETHERIS NIGERIA, AETHERIS BEAUTY, AETHERIS CIRCLE, and CASSE OONJA.
Trademark applications have been filed with the Nigerian Trademarks Registry (NICPAP portal) under Nice Classes 3, 25, 35, 38, 41, and 44. Registration numbers will be published here upon issuance.
Unauthorised use of any of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, commercial products, or publications — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
2. Copyright
All original content created by or for House of Aetheris Ltd — including website copy, brand identities, the E.A.C.H. Framework, competition formats, and campaign materials — is protected by Nigerian copyright law and applicable international conventions.
Written permission is required before reproducing any content in any medium.
3. Brand Usage Guidelines
Media organisations may reference our brand names in editorial context without prior permission, provided usage is accurate, fair, and does not imply endorsement.

4. Reporting Infringement
