House of Aetheris Ltd was incorporated in Nigeria in 2026 as a luxury multi-brand holding company. We operate five sub-brands — each serving a distinct dimension of the modern African woman's life: pageantry, skincare, fashion, and private membership.
Our governance is anchored in the E.A.C.H. Framework — four commitments aligned to UN Sustainable Development Goals 4, 10, 8, and 3. Every brand in this house is measured against those commitments, not just commercial performance.
